GRILLED PINEAPPLE SALSA

3ea pineapple, cleaned and cut into rounds

3can roasted red peppers, diced

3ea green peppers, charred

3ea red onion, peeled, cut into rounds

4ea jalapeno

¼ c cilantro



Directions;

1. Grill pineapple and red onion to get nice marks, because this is where we get some flavor. Then dice, make sure you remove core from pineapples

2. Char green peppers over open flame until black all over. Place in bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Let sit for 20 minutes or so. Remove and peel outer skin and remove seeds

3. Mix everything together
